Hi Tom and team. Just want to say a big thanks from New Zealand. I am 69 and my mobility and fitness was shite. I knew I had to do something. But being a gym bunny did not appeal, and due to surgery problems, I cannot get on the floor.  Plus being an OAP, whilst Pilates Reformer exercises were helpful, I could not afford to keep attending.

 

So one day I went a googling, and found your website.  I have been following your various clips since late March, and what a difference it has made.  I can walk up steps one at a time and various other improvements.

I love your videos! I broke my femur on black ice had surgery but they didn’t make me go to physical therapy so I did your sitting exercises until I could do the standing  ones I can know walk without a cane and it’s only been 6 months they put a rod and pins in my femur!!!  I’m 71 years old and I live in the United States!  OHIO!! Where the winters are cold and icy!!!
